Beasley Media Group Announces Newest Fishing Tournament: SWFL Jr Angler Championship on March 10th out of Port Sanibel Marina. More Details are coming, But MARK the Date on on Calendar.
The SWFL Junior Angler Championship will be open to participants who reside in the State of Florida and are ages 4 – 16 years old. Participant must be accompanied by an adult (age 21 year
of age or older).
There may be more than one “team” fishing from the same boat. Contestants must pay an entry fee of $75.00 per person for entries
received by 8:00pm March 9, 2018. The entry fee of $75.00 will be good for up to ONE person. Proceeds will beneit The Boys and Girls Club of Lee County. Registration is open from February 12th – March 9th.
· The only species eligible to be weighed are: Spotted Sea Trout and Mangrove Snapper
· Tournament will have an honor start at 7:00am ET. An honor start allows the team(s) to start wherever they wish providing they don’t have lines in the water prior to 7:00am ET. Weigh-in for the tournament will be from 1:00pm – 4:00pm. Tournament hours will be from 7:00am – 4:00pm ET.
