Friday, October 1st
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Captains Meeting
Location: Hula Bay (Poolside)
Address: 5210 W. Tyson Ave. Tampa, FL 33611
Only one member from each team, the Captain, will need to check their team in at the Captains Meeting. At check-in, each captain will receive a 5 gallon bucket, loaded with goodies; team shirts, rules sheet, measuring device, plastic baits, bottle openers and more… After every team is checked in, we will go over the rules and answer any questions about the tournament the next day. Based on the amount of giveaways we have, we usually do a small raffle, so bring some cash!

Prior to boat launch, we will have a sponsored breakfast for all who would like to partake at the boat ramp. If you are on a guided boat, this is also where you will meet your Captain. Don’t forget to grab some food/coffee.

1:00pm – Virtual Photo Weigh-In Deadline
Location: Anywhere (We are using an app for photo submissions)
This year, we are using the FishDonkey – Fishing Tournament app to record all fish caught and measured during the tournament. At the Captains meeting Friday night, we will help all the Captains download the app. All photos must be entered by 1pm to qualify.
