Free Kids Fishing at Bass Pro Ft. Myers 2020 1st Sat of the month
First Saturday of every month Free Kids Fishing 10am-1pm, We offer free fishing for kids 12 and under the 1st Saturday of every month, we will supply the rods, bait, stocked pond with bass and also have knowledgeable anglers out there to help the kids. If your kids have never been fishing this is a great time to bring them. Fish on!!
This event will be held at the Cape Coral yacht club club house. We will be social distancing everyone and masks are strongly recommended.
This Fun-A-Ment is a family friendly fishing competition in memorial of Lee Roberts. Entry includes BBQ dinner, refreshments, raffles, and auctions. Please join us Sunday, September 13th.

Idk if pandemic America even deserves what they’re about to get. 3 anglers battling it out live in a 4 hour redfish shootout. These anglers were hand selected. No entry fee. $1,000 winner take all.

On Saturday 9.19.20 3 Anglers Will be competing in the 1st Tail of The Tape Live Event. This event will be broadcasted LIVE on Facebook and Youtube for you entertainment. Our Broadcast will start at 2:30 pm with a 30 minute pre-fishing show followed by Lines in the Water at 3pm. Our 3 anglers are competing for the most points scored by 7pm.
The 1st Tail of the Tape will be a Redfish shootout. It will be a 3,2,1 Format. Which means each angler will score 3pts for every Red they catch that is overslot, 2pts for every red they catch that is slot, and 1pt for every red they catch that is underslot.
Each Angler has a Driver that may help them do anything they need except for actually catching the Species.
Each Angler has a Cameraman/Judge that will broadcast the entire event. They will also be the judge for the measurements.
The Angler with the most points at 7pm is the winner. In case of a tie. The first angler to put the final point up will be declared the winner. If both anglers put the final point up at the same time. The Largest Final Point will be declared the winner.

Kid’s Fishing Derby at the Yacht Club Cape Coral 2020
Kids ages 5-15 are invited to join in the Yacht Club’s 24th Annual Fishing Derby the weekend of September 26-27.
To help ensure adequate social distance, this year’s event will be held over two days, from 7:30am-1:30pm each day, with a limited number of children (10) assigned to each time slot.
Time slots available for Saturday and Sunday: 7:30-9:00am 9:00-10:30am 10:30am-12:00pm 12:00pm-1:30pm
The cost is just $8 per child and includes complimentary breakfast and a free rod and reel for each participant.
Advanced registration is required and time slots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
