We are excited to announce RFL has been selected to be the charity recipient for the Suncoast Ladies’ Classic Fishing Tournament! The 1st annual tournament is from Thursday July 21 to Sunday July 23 at Marina Cantina at Clearwater Beach. We are thrilled to be joining forces with our longtime friends at the Suncoast Kingfish Classic, their new event the Suncoast Ladies’ Classic, and new partners BayStar Restaurant Group!
We need volunteers throughout the weekend, including at the Captains Party on Thursday, July 21, and the Weigh-in Party on Saturday, July 23. Shifts are short, meals and refreshments are provided, the facility has air conditioning, and the work is VERY light; mostly we need help selling raffle tickets, watching the auction items, and helping people find their way around the event site. The Dock Crew will help the boats offload their fish, so if you have boating experience, please join that special volunteer opportunity if you’re interested!
