Locally called the Flutie, the tournament is the donor of more than $400,000 to local and national charities. Proceeds to benefit “Catch The Cure” for Cystic Fibrosis and Monroe Association’s ReMARCable Citizens, a life service program for the county’s intellectually disabled residents.

In some ways, it’s sort of like the TV show ‘Cheers’ and the ongoing competition they had with their rival Boston bar. This boat tournament involves actively employed bartenders.
