The Plantation on Crystal River Redfish Classic    Crystal River 2021

The mission of Plantation on Crystal River’s Annual Redfish Classic Tournament is to produce the area’s best family-friendly Redfish Tournament, with Conservation and Education at the forefront of our goals.
Promoting and encouraging more anglers to get out on the water is fundamental in raising tomorrow’s generation, and this year we are a part of the Sodium Tournament Trail.
Enjoy 4 independent tournaments under the Trail. The Sodium Trail team of the year Grand Prize winner will be presented at the last tournament of the trail being the Plantation on Crystal River’s Redfish Classic.
Anglers must fish at least 3 of the 4 tournaments to be eligible to win the team of the year award. Enjoy a Sodium Trail discount on rooms at the Plantation for each tournament.
Redfish are the target species and count towards the point system of the Sodium Tournament Trail, also included in the Plantation Redfish Classic are categories for Trout, and Grouper, as well as a Youth and Ladies Division.

    Operation Sailfish            Palm Beach 2022

The 2022 Quest for the Crest Sailfish Series on January 12-16 with Operation Sailfish. With a new season comes some exciting new updates. Stay tuned!
On January 12, 2021 an infantry of fishing teams will converge on Sailfish Resort & Marina to prepare for Operation Sailfish, Leg 1 of the highly touted Quest for the Crest Sailfish Series.
Their mission: 2 days of battle against sailfish on the high seas off West Palm Beach, FL. What’s at stake? An $800,000 purse and the champions dog tags will have teams focused and ready to make every release count! Over $75,000 in meatfish money is on the line for teams that like to chase meatfish also.
The military undertones of Operation Sailfish were created in honor of true American heroes – our United States Military. A signature ‘Take a Hero Fishing Day’ is hosted during the tournament to thank them for their incredible service. Operation Sailfish proudly supports its charitable partner, Operation Homefront, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to build strong, stable and secure military families that can thrive in the communities they’ve worked hard to protect.
Show your pride for America and our military heroes and join us for Operation Sailfish on January 12-16, 2022!
