The Backwater Slam is a photo-catch-and-release fishing tournament with all proceeds benefiting the Riverside Church’s Young Adult Ministry, The Porch. Cash rewards will be paid out to the top 4 teams with the longest combined length of one (1) Snook, (1) one Redfish, (1) one Trout, and (1) one Mystery Fish. Teams will also have the option to register for an additional $2,000 in bonus money. $500 will be given for each of the following categories. Big Trout, Big Red, Big Snook and Big Mystery Fish. With an entry fee of $395.00 per boat (bonus categories are optional) and a GUARANTEED cash purse of $6,250, you and your crew will want to get registered today!

This unique inshore fishing tournament allows teams (up to 4 anglers per boat) to launch their boat at any boat ramp, fish their favorite holes and text in photos of their catch via the Snook & Gamefish Foundation App.
