This is a C.A.S.T. for Kids event designed to provide disabled, disadvantaged and ill children the opportunity to enjoy a quality outdoor recreational experience through the sport of fishing. Free BBQ lunch and award ceremony to follow.

PARTICIPANTS:
Space is limited to 40 children. No cost to participate. Participants must be 5-17 years old and accompanied by an adult.
VOLUNTEERS:
Boaters: Need 40 experienced volunteer anglers with a boat to take one child plus a parent or guardian, show them proper fishing techniques and help them land their first catch.
On-Shore Volunteers: Need 50-60 volunteers to assist with all aspects of event setup and facilitation on event day.
