🐠 Fishing.TampaSouthGroup.com 🐠 The first annual Tampa South Charity Fishing Tournament will be held on November 2nd at the Hula Bay Club in Tampa, FL with a prizes and trophies awarded for Biggest Snook, Biggest Trout, Biggest Redfish, Master Angler, Master Team Anglers. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Fisher House Foundation.
Fisher House gives “a home away from home” for military families & veterans that need a place to stay, while a loved one is in the hospital.
Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veterans families can stay free of charge. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world, and we have two of these facilities here in the Tampa Bay area.
This is the official event page for TBFC’s 3rd kids tourney, the Youth is the Future tourney! This tourney includes the entire Bay and up to 9 miles offshore! The prize pool is insane! THE TOURNEY IS FREE TO ENTER! We have dozens of captains donating FREE SPOTS to participating youths on their boats! The weigh in includes FREE FOOD from Pipos, including pulled pork and cuban sliders!! We will have 2 LIVE BANDS at the weigh in, as well as a keg at the after party, all free! Participating parents and youths receive high quality dye sublimated fishing shirts FREE! This is a one of a kind kids tourney breaking ground in the bay area, you don’t want to miss it!
The official Captain’s meeting is now set for Saturday, November 2nd 2019, 6:00 pm, at the Barracuda Tackle warehouse! This is the same place as the Net Fish and Chill party was located, at 8100 Park Blvd. ATTENDANCE OF THE CAPTAINS MEETING IS MANDATORY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNEY.
The official Tourney begins at 8:00am the following day, Sunday, November 3rd. Fishing is open to the entire bay and up to 9 miles offshore. Fish the whole day, but you MUST BE at the weigh ins start time of 5:00pm, back at the Barracuda Tackle Warehouse to win. All winners must be present at the weigh in!
